My Tax Mate Ltd uses AI. AI can assist with routine tasks, problem solving and

researching topics to assist with solving problems. It can also assist with tax

planning. However "garbage in and garbage out" applies - you need to phrase

your questions precisely. Publicly available platforms like ChatGPT can

help a lot; however recently a few tax consultancy companies have developed

their own AI platforms which are more accurate and can refer you to the

legislation. AI can help deliver a fast quality service. Using AI effectively

does require some wisdom and judgement too
